Dear Tenants,

Next week is the day with a capital D for the Sequoia construction project across the street. Next week is when the Arne Quinze sculpture is being delivered and set up. Delivery and assembly of this massive 21 tons of steel and 41 feet tall sculpture will require 2 cranes and several tractor trailer trucks on 30th street starting Tuesday, September 5th until Monday, September 11th. In order to avoid problems and to facilitate this process our security guards will only allow street access to Sequoia project trucks and vehicles. No tenants or tenant contractors will be allowed to park in front of our building during this time.
