ago? It made an incredible impact - and while there is nothing

In Washington, just before breaking for the August recess this week,
the Senate confirmed our friend Mark Green as USAID Administrator
along with many other ambassadors and senior officials. Congress
returns just after Labor Day with a mammoth agenda - including
must-pass spending bills - so expect a busy fall on the
international affairs agenda.
