projects. Attached please find the teaser for Project Dickson.


We are having the final negotiation with the seller, Delphi Automotive or
the parent group of Dickson, this week and the deal is expected to be
announced by the end of this week if we BHR, together with the strategic
partner AVIC Auto, is selected as the definitive buyer.


Will definitely keep you posted along this important week.


On project Hanson, we actually just completed management presentation and
factory tour last week and entered into due diligence phase with the virtual
data room. As a first glance, you can refer to the attached management
presentation file to digest more on the target.
