I went to Cuba last week. We need to meet to complete the plan. Meanwhile, please take note of the following:

I have been trying to get hold of Steve Richetti to tell him that your father, when he goes to New Hampshire on Wednesday, should meet Paul Montrone. There are many millions of reasons why the Vice President should meet Paul - you can Google Paul to learn more about those reasons - but one of those reasons is that Paul is also a Scranton-boy with a loyalty to the place that rivals your father's. Another is that Paul is a man of means, an important Democrat in NH, and someone who is devoted to Joe Biden. Paul has been around a long time.

If you can put me in touch with someone who will be on the trip - I am sorry that Fran is gone - so that I can talk to him about how to put Montrone in touch with the VP, that would be great.
