Listening to the news these days is heartbreaking. From Somalia to South Sudan, Nigeria to Yemen, too many countries around the world are in crisis. Too many children are dying from preventable causes. And, too often, their mothers are unable to do anything but watch, helplessly.

But I'm happy to share a ray of hope with you: together we have helped many of those mothers, prevented the deaths of many children, and empowered many families in their darkest hour.
