The tide is turning for Democrats -- and Phil Miller's win on Tuesday in rural House District 82 is proof.

Back in November, Donald Trump won the district by 22 points. In Tuesday's special election, Phil beat his Republican opponent by approximately 10 percent.

But this shift isn't confined to one corner of the state -- and it didn't happen by chance. Democrats in nearly every Iowa city and town are uniting, organizing, and laying the groundwork for big wins across the state next year.
