It is with a great pride that I announce that Belay won the Employee Of
The Year award for 2014.

Regardless of how busy or hectic things may get in the Spa and Health Club
Belay always has a smile and “what can I do for you” attitude. Whether it
is a fellow employee, guest or member he is assisting, he is genuine and
caring. Belay woks extremely hard and is focused not only on providing
exceptional service but ensuring that the locker rooms are well maintained
and we maintain a superior product.

Belay is the first to raise his hand to offer to help, or pick up shifts
when we are short-handed without expecting any form of recognition, but he
does it because he cares.
