Dear all,


In furtherance of the various items discussed at last week’s board
meetings, we would like to seek your input on the following:


1. Bi-weekly meetings


As suggested by yourselves, we propose to host bi-weekly teleconferences to
(i) update you on the projects and our various undertakings, (ii) coordinate
fund-raising efforts and (iii) exchange ideas generally. Ahead of each
meeting, we will send you a brief agenda which will form the basis of our
discussions. Let me know your availabilities / preferred time slots (FYI -
BJ is currently 13 hours ahead of EST, 12 hours once daylight saving ends).


As a side note, BHR will observe the government’s CNY holiday schedule and
be closed from Feb. 18 to Feb. 24 (both dates inclusive) but Feb. 15
(Sunday) and Feb. 28 (Saturday) will be business as usual (the government
moves around the weekends to give people consecutive days off but in reality
it’s a three-day holiday).


2. Potential Projects / Pipeline Projects


We hope to set up a more centralized information collection and
dissemination system to ensure that opportunities don’t falls through the
cracks. Going forward, I will be your main point of contact in respect of
new project referrals so please keep me copied. In respect of existing
projects, we will aim to send you regular progress reports in the form
below. Time-permitting, the reports will be circulated ahead of our
bi-weeklies.
