I know we have discussed briefly, but have to believe Josh's job description has to be more than just Development -- maybe Chief Operating Officer and Development? </div><div>I'm guessing Josh is still unhappy about the salary reduction. Seems to me that we might be able to justify a little more -- maybe $115 or $120 if we expand his responsibilities --, but not sure if that makes him feel better. </div><div>You guys clearly need to work together to keep the organization running smoothly . Hard to believe he will be satisfied just doing fundraising and making $100K.
