Last month, to celebrate the arrival of in-app tipping, we matched your tips for 24 hours. From help with your bags to conversations about favorite bands, you told us what makes a trip tip-worthy. You tipped drivers over $1 million, earning them more than $2 million\u2013all in one day. Tomorrow, August 15, we\u2019re not only matching tips for rides, but UberEATS deliveries as well.


While it\u2019s always your choice, tipping is a way to give thanks for service that goes the extra mile. And don\u2019t worry\u2013drivers and delivery partners must rate your ride or delivery before they can see any tips.
