I am pleased to inform you that the Executive Committee has finalized the plan for a "360" performance and opportunity review for Rick Leach. We have engaged Dr. Richard Morrill, former President and Chancellor of the University of Richmond. Dr. Morrill's bio is attached and you will see that he has solid credentials in governance and leadership. At the end of the process, Dr.Morrill will provide the Board at our October meeting with a direct report and a set of recommendations for moving forward.

In the coming days, each of you will receive contacts:

- Shannon Hiskey will work with you or your assistant to schedule a one-on-one conversation between you and Dr. Morrill. You can anticipate the conversations to take 60-90 minutes.

- Dr. Morrill will send you information about the process and his approach for the evaluation, as well as areas for consideration in your conversation with him
