I am pleased to share the news that Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc. has announced that RADICAVA (edaravone) is now available as a therapy for people with ALS in the United States. RADICAVA is the first new treatment approved by the FDA for ALS in 22 years and this is obviously very significant news for all of the families whom we serve at The ALS Association.
If you are interested in the benefits of RADICAVA for you or your loved one and have not already done so, please communicate with your doctor to discuss their recommendations and ask them any questions you have about this treatment and what works for you.
