If everything is good from the MRI scan, we can start the Pembro when we
are sure he has recovered from the effect of CCNU, I will be out in Hong
Kong visiting my family the week of March9-13.

Glad to hear Beau is doing fine. I am doing fine as well. I just come back
from a first business trip since July last year.
As to the plan for Beau. I like to initiate pembrolizumab, the anti-PD1
antibodies, after the MRI, no more CCNU. Pembro is given IV every 3 weeks.
We need close monitoring for side effect in the first 2-3 doses. So we have
to decide how to do that. If Beau does well with first 2-3 doses and MRI
stay good, I plan to reduce the Avastin as well. I am saving the T-cells
therapy for when the tumor progress.

Hi Al,

I just wanted to check in. Beau is doing well. We are all set to come to
texas at the end of the month. I wanted to know a little about what the
plan is if things look good/steady on the MRI. I know we discussed the 3
weeks that he may need to be in Texas. Is that still the plan? When would
that begin? I am looking into spring break for our family and wanted to see
what the plan is with Beau.
