Just want to figure out next steps on these returns. Sounds like they are
good, but Mary Beth raised some good points on the capital accounts that we
just don't understand why they are being treated that way. May make sense
to do a call with Rick on Monday to have him explain or maybe you just want
to get him to explain to you directly?
