I wanted to inform you that I will probably be in D.C. next week -- from
late Tuesday night (September 30th) to late Thursday afternoon (October
2nd).

Should your time permit, perhaps we could share a meal at Franco's (Cafe
Milano). In the alternative, we could have a quick coffee if your schedule
is limited.
