It was great seeing you recently. Thanks for taking the time and passing along the information on the potential acquisition targets. I passed them on to BHR, however in the meantime the team in China has become consumed with what looks like a significant investment the fund will make in Sinopec’s retail operation. You may have seen the news that Sinopec is selling a portion of the company. Right now, all of BHR’s bandwidth is taken up with the Sinopec deal and they won’t be able to start due diligence on others until that is concluded.

I know they are still interested in looking more closely at a number of the opportunities you passed on. I’ll keep you posted on the timetable and thanks again for your time and the potential deal flow.

Good luck next week with the meetings you and Arlene are having with the Koreans.
