Michael Sacks suggested I reach out to you regarding an investment fund of ours, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP). As you may be aware RSTP is a growth equity technology fund and some of our partners met with Brandon Park on your team a few months back. We haven’t heard back from Brandon regarding any follow up from that meeting and I am sure he, like you, have been swamped the last few months. But I didn’t want to leave any room for miscommunication and also don’t want to interfere with your due diligence process.

As an update, since the first meeting with Brandon, Neuberger Berman has committed $15 million directly into our fund, and Goldman Sachs has now co-invested $48 million with us bringing the total raised from all investors so far to $74 million. We also have some potential co-invest opportunities that might be appropriate for Grosvenor as well.

If there is no interest on Grosvenor’s part in moving forward that is perfectly fine. I thought it would at least make sense to check in with you and make sure as I know sometimes wires get crossed. I know there may be other opportunities down the line with RSTP or other things if this isn’t the right fit right now.
