Climate change is a growing problem. Unprecedented storms have ravaged the East Coast. Historic droughts have gripped the Midwest.

Climate change is a storm that is pounding America, negatively impacting our economy as well as people's lives. Today, we're going to fight it with a GreenStorm of our own.

Obstructionists in Congress continue to block real action on climate change. So today, I'm joining the League of Conservation Voters Action Fund and colleagues across the country to support candidates who are devoted to action -- and we need your help.

Corporate polluters like the Koch brothers have been pouring money into the 2014 elections, attacking our climate champions with outrageous lies and fear tactics on crucial issues.

They are hoping they can buy this election so polluters can keep polluting. If they have their way we'll continue to suffer from carbon pollution that fuels climate change, threatens communities, and cuts too many lives short.

Democratic candidates across the country stand ready to take action. Jeanne Shaheen in New Hampshire and Mark Udall in Colorado are two Senators up for reelection who have been leading voices in this fight. Bruce Braley in Iowa and Gary Peters in Michigan want to come to the Senate to promote cleaner, greener energy and combat climate change.

These candidates are among the strongest climate leaders we have. They are instrumental to taking on Big Oil and fighting for a better environment for our future. But each of them is being attacked by pro-polluter ads. That's why we need your support today.
