iPhone Instructions
I ordered an iPhone with a wireless account. Who can pick it up?

If you ordered an iPhone with a new line, the primary account holder on your wireless plan must pick it up. The primary account holder is the person whose billing information is linked to the wireless plan.

If the iPhone is an upgrade for an existing wireless account, it can be picked up by the account holder or a person they authorize. Contact your wireless carrier to authorize people on the account.

If the iPhone is unlocked, it can be picked up by the person who placed the order or the Pickup Contact on the order.

Can I change my iPhone order when I pick it up?
Depending on availability, you can make some changes, such as color or storage size. But you can’t replace an iPhone on a wireless plan with an unlocked phone. If you’d like to cancel your order, we can issue you a refund at the Apple Store.
How do I recycle my old phone?
You can recycle your old cell phone for free with Apple GiveBack.
How do I add AppleCare coverage?
You can purchase coverage within 60 days of buying your new iPhone. Once your new iPhone is set up, its easy to add AppleCare coverage.

When can I pickup my items?
We’ll email you when your items can be picked up. In-stock items are typically ready within an hour. In some instances, you may have selected a time window to pick up your order. This will ensure your order is ready shortly after you arrive. Simply check in with a specialist. If you’re unable to come in during this time window, you can still pick up your order, but wait times may vary.Where do I go when I arrive?

How do trade-in refunds work?
There are two ways to get a trade-in refund with Apple GiveBack.

If you paid in full for a new Apple product:
We’ll refund your payment method up to the purchase price. If there’s any remaining refund amount, we’ll send you an Apple Store Gift Card by email.

If you’re making payments on a new iPhone:
If you’re using carrier financing, the Apple iPhone Upgrade Program, or Apple iPhone Payments, we’ll refund your payment method up to the amount of taxes and fees for your iPhone. If there’s any remaining refund amount, we’ll send you an Apple Store Gift Card by email.
