The Editors:Ukraine's cabinet submitted legislation to parliament Friday "that would cancel Ukraine's existing commitment not to join any military alliance, and instead seek membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization 'in the short term.' For the sake of peace and reason, Ukraine's parliament should vote no. Should the law pass anyway, Poroshenko should commit to veto it."
