No sure what happened the other night in relation to you coming to sign the beginning of the lease.

But can you please answer these questions.


(i) the primary occupant to sign the guaranty on page 5 of the revised lease;

(ii) to execute a board resolution authorizing your company to enter into the lease ( I will provide the template to fill out at some stage).

Can confirm if the your company is a corporation, LLC or other form of entity as I will need this to complete the revised lease.

I really want to get this completed as soon as possible also sent you the list of approved furniture can you please confirm so we can order.

Please let me know when your back so I can get this sorted..

As per conversation please see attached copy of Lease for the Penthouse at 687 Lexington Avenue New York.

In order to complete the lease:
1. Both tenants will need to add their address to the first section of the lease.
2. The tenants will need to add their permitted occupants to the first paragraph of the rider.
3. The tenants will need to provide us with a check for the first month's rent of $12,500 and the deposit of $12,500 for a total of $25,000. The check should be made payable to Jolly Tinker Inc.
4. Both tenants should sign the lease and rider and have their signatures witnessed.


Once all the furniture is agreed I will send you copy of the list of furniture also part of the lease.
