CBOI SPONSORSHIP APPEAL

Thank you to all our Sponsors, during the past academic year, over seven thousand young people \u2013 yes 7,000 young people!!! From North, South, East and West Ireland participated in the CBOI's "Peace Proms" music education programme and performed with the CBOI in concert. Nineteen concerts were presented and attended by audiences in excess of twenty thousand.

The Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland is a Registered Charity (Charity number CHY15714) and relies heavily on the support of its members and sponsors. As the new sponsorship year begins now, We need your help!

"Peace Proms" is a musical and cultural celebration and provides a unique platform for young people to showcase their talent while promoting peace, unity and tolerance through music. The CBOI is indebted to all our sponsors and supporters without whom we could not deliver this exceptional music programme to the young people of Ireland nor these outstanding performances to all the people of Ireland.

Thanks to our sponsors we can realise our aim- to entertain, educate and engage children and young people in music and to enrich their lives through exceptional musical experiences and performances and by providing a stimulating music programme that nurtures and advances their musical, social and cultural development.

We need your help in order to deliver this programme to over 7,000 young people and to launch "Peace Proms 2011/2012". We hope that you will become a sponsor or make a donation so that we can deliver this unique, ambitious and invaluable music education programme to a further 7,000 young people in the coming academic year.
