We are oversubscribed for the fund at this point but wanted to follow up with you since John Rogers is a friend of the firm and connected us. We are also adding two new investments to the portfolio in conjunction with the next closing. Like all of our investments, these are explosively growing, profitable tech companies where RSTP is the first institutional investor. We would love to walk you through these new deals as well as give you an introduction to Hunter Biden, who runs our business development group. Would a breakfast or a meeting this Friday morning work for you? We could also meet on Thursday for lunch. Given our strong small fund size conviction, we will likely not be adding new investors for future funds. We believe RSTP and Rush would make a great fit and would like to discuss it further with you.

We appreciate your interest in adding us as an investor, but we’ve decided to take a pass for this initial fund. We would like to see how this fund progresses and monitor results in case we have an opportunity to partner together somewhere down the line.
