Agreed. We know that Jonathan pulled the plug on the concert at Martha’s Vineyard, but that wasn’t effectively communicated to us.

That said, we can reach out to Jen and the Wailers and find plenty of great, fun ways to partner going forward. Wonderful that they still want to work with us!

i am saddened that our efforts to help raise funds and awareness on behalf of wfp have been dampened.

last year, i reached out to the dc office, the kid's school raised over $600 for the Philippines and the school never received an acknowledgement of the check. we have moved to vermont and food security is certainly an issue here, so it is very difficult to raise money for international efforts.

additionally, last summer jonathan blume sent me a lengthy email and we also spoke on the phone about the wailers doing a benefit concert on the vineyard, again no follow up after the initial talks. i gave him the green light on all of this requests.

you know i am deeply committed to wfp's efforts and would do everything in my power to help.

please let me know if we can reignite our work
