The above link is about Sears looking for 1,000,000 sqf of office space
to relocate their hq. If we could get hold of The Meany Center, this is
a perfect fit for the campus. We would need our some help, but we could
pull this off. I could get the zoning through Montgomery County in a
heartbeat for this deal, plus money from the State and County for
infrastructure.


Just a thought!
