6th Annual D.C. Cup Moot Court Competition:

Judges Needed

Dear Communities Member,

The D.C. Bar Communities Office is excited to announce its 6th Annual D.C. Cup Moot Court Competition on Friday, February 22 and Friday, March 1, 2019.

The competition committee is seeking guest judges to score briefs and score oral arguments during the preliminary rounds. Judges selected to score briefs will be asked to evaluate a pre-assigned brief during the weeks of Monday, February 4, to Friday, February 15, 2019. Judges selected to hear oral arguments are required to be present for the preliminary rounds on Friday, February 22, between 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (each round is an hour with 30 - 40 minutes for a briefing and feedback to the students post round).

The competition features participants from the six District law schools and preliminary rounds will take place at the D.C. Bar. Final round location is yet TBD. If you've judged for us before, we hope that you will volunteer again this year.
