Order Confirm Discounts How I’m tackling my resolutions this year Happy New
Year!

Can you believe it’s 2018?! For me, the start of a new year is a time to
reflect and set intentions. I have some ambitious goals for 2018--around
reading, exercising, and sleeping more--but I also don’t want to be too hard on
myself with these goals! Taking on everything at once January 1st has never
worked for me personally, so I’ll really focus on buildingone new habit per
month in 2018 for a more sustainable outcome.

At Follain, we’re going to help you do that, too--with our new program, “The
Clean Break,”which will help you break up with those conventional products you
just haven’t been able to quit... Each week in January, and then once a month
for the rest of the year, we’ll focus on different categories of your medicine
cabinet, shower, bathtub, makeup bag, etc.--sharing crucial information about
why switching is so important, and recommending products to get you started.
For some, the overhaul works and can be very exciting and satisfying, but for
others, adding in one or two products at a time works better. Do what feels
right (always)--we’re here to help!

I’m especially excited for the amazing possibilities and opportunities ahead
this new year.
