Hunter,

Trust all is well. Finally had a chance to get everything together for the final bills from 220 Wardour. A couple of things:

- You gave us a $10,000 deposit check when you moved in.
- On 12/28/17 you gave us a rental check of $10,000 for December made out to Kristen - Unfortunately it was returned because of “irregular signatures”. (See attached)
- You also gave us a blank check for any outstanding expenses which I still have.
- BGE, Water, Sewer and pest control expenses came to $1,281.51

Recommendation -

- we keep the $10,000 deposit and use it for December rent and not worry about the check that was returned
- we use the blank check you left for the $1,281.51

This would close the books on the rental. Let me know if it makes sense!
