EMAIL DETAILS

1. Please send me the bill or whatever accommodation contract from
Fitzgerald Hotel room. Or plz tell me whom i should speak to or name of
hotel people that I should get it from. I will take care of it as soon as
I receive it.

2. Checked with Kevin, monthly wire instruction should already be on the
way. I will check with the accounting girl to make sure it has been
submitted correctly. Should receive by early next week the latest.

3. I’m already working on Jim’s travel reimbursement.

4. Kevin wants to talk to you in person. Would you have time to meet him?
Or when would you have time to speak with him on the phone?

5. Any expense report, paperwork,admin. stuff I can help take care, plz let
me know.
