I will discuss this with Kathleen and get you a response as soon as possible.

Material to this discussion, however, is what we are doing to actually reach a private settlement. Specifically, are we in agreement about returning to mediation with Meg on Wednesday? And, will we be receiving a response to the draft MSA I sent on March 1?

I will wait for an answer to those two questions before forwarding this to Kathleen so I have that information to discuss with her.

Rebekah-

See the attached consent motion. Hunter will authorize me to sign the attached if Kathleen will agree for the motion to be released to People Magazine immediately after it is signed and filed. They are proceeding with a print edition story this week regardless and Hunter feels strongly that the language in the attached is good for the girls and will hopefully help everyone move forward in a more positive direction.

I look forward to your response.

I am in trial today but will check email at breaks when possible.
