A few edits on my end.

1) I believe Hunter and Kathleen were married in Chicago, IL not Indiana.
2) For the boat, I think you meant that Hunter would maintain ownership not Kathleen.
3) As for ownership of business entities it should say, “Rosemont Seneca Technology Parnters, LLC; RSTP II Alpha, LLC and RSTP Bravo, LLC” instead of Rosemont Seneca Partners. Owasco, LLC and Owasco, P.C. are both correct and should remain.

Attached is a rough draft of a settlement agreement. I still need to read through this one more time to catch any additional edits or typos- but in the interest of time, I wanted to go ahead and send your way.

You will see that there are a lot of blank spaces where we have not reached a deal (spousal support, child support, for example). Those will remain blank.

There are additional blanks where I need information from you (mortgage balances, etc.). If you could go through and input that information, it would be appreciated it.

NOTE- nothing in this is set in stone. The purpose of putting this together is that we have a good working document that everyone is comfortable with when we go to mediation. And then as we work our way to a deal, we have a template we can update as we go along.

I want to send this to Rebekah tomorrow so please turn your attention to this today or first thing tomorrow morning.
