It is with deep sadness that I inform you that Hunter has resigned as Chairman of the Board. He will continue to serve as a Director. Vice Chair Bonnie Raquet has offered to serve as Chair to fill the vacancy for the unexpired period of the term. By affirmative response to this message, the Board can via unanimous written consent elect Bonnie to fulfill the remaining period of this term as Chair.
