Please don't include Eric unless it has to do with records or book keeping etc- thanks. And I have CC'd George. So implicit in this response is that she has picture but at the moment does not intend to release them. It does not address the fact that the threat was made which is a felony in and of itself- nor does it deny the existence of any ill gained material. You think they would want to be pretty emphatic on these points in light of the law. Do you have any opinion? Is there any other development? The Washington post continues to press regarding Roxannes intention to do "a long piece" and I would rather have moved over into litigation allowing us to comment and file our response then be caught in this absurd limbo. Did you express that I no longer am inclined to negotiate? They seem to have not understood? Finally if this is there response why wouldn't we file a restraining order based simply on the threat and the implied existence of photos? Is there a chance you could speak by telephone in the near future?
