Dear Hunter,

We are writing on behalf of Craig Spitzer because Craig is being honored on May 29th as the American Diabetes Association Father of the Year. We hope you can support Craig and those who are suffering from diabetes and its life-threatening complications by making a donation on his behalf.

With Craig’s help we are fighting the growing diabetes epidemic that is affecting our families, friends, neighbors and colleagues. Money raised from this event will fund grassroots programs for people with diabetes, like the kids who attend Camp Freedom.

One of our campers, Tyler, age 8 with Type 1 diabetes, sent home the attached postcard to his mom. The joy expressed in both the postcard and photo of Tyler with his buddies, is why Craig and his family are supporting the American Diabetes Association. We hope you will too.

There are three ways to join us in honoring Craig and supporting children like Tyler:
1) Purchase a table or tickets to attend the Awards Dinner
2) Make a financial contribution to the ADA, in Craig’s honor
3) Purchase an ad in honor of Craig (Deadline has been extended to this Friday, May 16th)
