Zinc Air proposal isn't appealing at all. Offering 1% of net purchase order
of deals we generate and 10,000 stock options. Scope includes making at
least 10 introductions resulting in a minimum of 4 letters of intent. Think
the strategy should be to revisit in a few months and see if the company's
financials change at all. Thoughts?

We are also in the process of separating Zinc Air Fuel Cell in to a separate
Delaware Corp. We are in discussions with Pepsi and other regarding
sponsoring.

Hunter sorry to miss you but hope to see you in MT.


I have attached our advisory agreement., customer deck and Investment PPT.
If this will work to get started, I would like to schedule a time to discuss
plans in the next 2 weeks. I would propose that you select a highly
technical customer and come visit us in MT. This will allow you and the
customer to validate technology. I sincerely appreciate your consideration
and fully recognize we would need to grow options in parallel with progress.
