nothing to $6B AUM and 80 employees.


We are meeting with them tomorrow, Private Advisors, HQ in Richmond VA.


We can take the same path and do it quicker an bigger if put our heads
together and all row in the same direction. Just need to develop a roadmap,
roles and resource it.
