Hey John, Can you give Hunter and Dan some background on the investment you placed with Jim Simmons Family Office last year? I believe it's a group in San Francisco run by Jim's son-in-law focusing on direct investments and private equity? John was hired by the board of an emerging technology company to lead the placement of a primary and secondary investment, he was brought in by a Rosemont LP who was also an investor in an RSTP deal (Cataphora).
