Hey Hunter, I think Katie is making sure we have some time budgeted to meet
one on one while you're here in addition to our client events next week. I
think we definitely need to speak re the direction of things on the B/D. I
feel like we're dropping the ball in some areas and missing out on revenue
opportunities (particularly with Taft Hartleys), and we're not getting
things turned around as quickly as we need to in my opinion. I have lots
of big, high quality groups that are looking at working with us (including
brand names like KKR), but I'm having reservations about putting both of
our names on the line without getting things more organized first. These
are all good problems to have, but I want us to be better organized and
it's also going to be helpful for me to hear where you see things heading
with the various business lines so that I'm maximizing our revenue
potential, and using my time properly.
