Arlene,
The verdict on King Street is that we will be able to use their name, but
NOT until our first Dallas property deal with them closes. All things go
according to plan they will be an LP in RREAF in 34 days. Until then we can
use language like our first LP or institutional committed capital is coming
from one of worlds' premier hedge funds (~$25mm - $30mm).

Capital always follows capital so in your conversations it may be helpful to
refer to the following as of today.

RREAF Committed Capital:
$25mm Lone Rock Timber (Sohn Family Office)
$15mm Angel Riva (Large European Family Office)
$25mm King Street (Premier Hedge Fund)

$65mm in RREAF committed capital (RREAF raise started Jan 1)
