I am thrilled to announce that the Designer Showhouse of New York, in which I designed an entire penthouse, is now open until June 29th! Located at the W Residences at the W Downtown, this inaugural showhouse benefits the Lenox Hill Hospital's brand new medical complex, Lenox Hill Healthplex, Manhattan's first freestanding 24/7 Emergency Department opening in Greenwhich Village June 2014.

Stop by Tuesday through Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm (closed Mondays) to see how I transformed a blank canvas into the modern day Wolf of Wall Street's bachelor pad. Sweeping views of the New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty, a fully integrated sound and lighting system, and Fendi Casa furniture are just a few reasons why my apartment is a must see - not to mention you'll be supporting a great cause!

Felicia Zwebner’s vision of a “Wolf of Wall Street” style apartment was first inspired by the apartment’s location. The sweeping window views include that of the Hudson River, Verrazano Bridge, Statue of Liberty, and the Jersey City Marina. Felicia then brought her craft and imagination to the space by idealizing what a Wall Street bachelor would desire most in his living environment. “I wanted to enhance the views by bringing the soft colors of the water into the space by incorporating fabrics that are soft in texture and palette. Many of the furnishings in the space were not only chosen due to their reflective qualities, but also carefully appointed for the bachelor who’d most likely inhabit the space.” – Felicia Zwebner.
