So, we have to create a separate entity in partnership with Mike and Chuck? Wouldn't it just be easier for Mike and Chuck's entity and our entity to be equal partners, etc. It is doable if we need to, but would be a lot of work and it would be far easier for each of us to be separate sub-advisors to Monroe.
