Hunter/Eric, Is 2:30 or 3 pm, a good time to have a conference call? By way of background, when I spoke originally with Mr. fan, he said that he had checked with the different departments in the embassy and April 28 was a good date for the dinner. However he said that either the ambassador or minister could still host a dinner on that date and bump (cancel) our previously scheduled dinner. That was the genesis of asking for a letter. Mr. fan subsequently said that one way we may be able to protect but not guaranty the date was to invite the ambassador and/or the minister to the dinner. I immediately agreed. Look forward to getting this resolved.
