Vadim - One point we discussed early on but I'm not sure we entirely resolved, was when to post the press release re: Aleksander. Here is what you should do: please send the draft press release as soon as possible to this list, so that FTI can review it and sign off or edit it, and send it back. Then, you should post it to the website as soon as possible, as the first thing under "Top Stories" on the home page of the website and under "Latest News" tab if you wish.

Everyone - As just agreed, to the extent you get any inquiries from media or otherwise have PR related questions, please do not comment/respond immediately. Rather, please circulate the inquiry/question to this group email list so that FTI can advise as quickly as possible as to their advice on whether to respond and, if so, what should be said and by whom. (Note that Ryan and Brian at FTI, with whom you just spoke, are part of the group email address you'll see in the "cc" line here, for FTI consulting.)

In addition, FTI will be producing simple, short, high level suggested talking points in the next 24 hours, which Vadim can get to Aleksander in the event that Aleksander gets approached in person by a reporter and feels he cannot delay responding.
