Mike,

After looking at the schedule Leonardo said unfortunately he does not think
it is going to work out. He is going to NYC to accept an award for OAS - -
best water project of the year or something like that - - and they have him
booked with things both days so it does not seem like he will be able to get
anytime to fly down to DC and back. Then he has to be back in Brazil
Friday. He wants to do it next time though.

Would have been good if the schedule worked out as it may have helped
accelerate things forward. We'll follow-up with them anyway though to try
to come to terms financially. I may be in Brazil in a couple weeks also, we
are just coordinating the Minister of Mali and Minister of Brazil's
schedules first.
