Agreed on next week as best time. Also who wants to take the lead in putting together an agenda for our first "weekly call?" I want to focus on organization and information sharing across three areas- Fund Raising, Deal Pipeline, and fund formation goals (i.e. Web site, legal, funding, personnel, etc...). I also would like to get approval to engage a website designer/ developer. I think the "international" team should take the lead in designing the BHR web site rather than Beijing team designing and then us trying to correct/ edit the Chinese version- which always ends up looking like it was written by a non- english speaker.

I like the idea of having a quick catch up on a regular basis. Can we try to schedule a call between the western team members next week? First off Devon and Hunter are traveling abroad this week and I am traveling around the US so this week would be tough. As discussed can we please establish a weekly meeting – short - to discuss foreign leads.


Michael Frick will organize and also attend.


First requirements is the following:


1. Hunter to follow up with GCM – given global connection. You all have the call report and was discussed when you were down here.

2. Hunter to connect with Hamilton Lane to commence getting the Fund approved as refer attached Australia Super requires Hamilton Lane validation before proceeding. Note their contact is with Tara Blackburn in the San Diego office.
