I need your help!

I have been challenged to raise $1,000 for this year's Drive Fore the Cure
golf tournament benefiting the Cancer Institute of MedStar Washington
Hospital Center to be able to play.
Any donation you are willing to give would help me reach my goal. And of
course if you would like to play in the tournament yourself that would be
great as well, maybe we can even play together...

There are many options to donate. Fill out the attached brochure and
bring it in. Fill out a brochure at the club and hand it to us or the
easiest way is to reply to this email to confirm the amount you are
willing to give and we can add it to your Fitness Club Account.
