EMAIL DETAILS

Devon,
Thank you for the introduction letter, it's a pleasure to get to know Jeff and I am looking forward for production cooperation with our colleagues from Pemex. As to the call for discussion, please set it up for the time convenient for your side, and I will adjust.
Best regards and looking forward to talk to you and Jeff.

> Vadim,
> By way of this email I am introducing you to Jeff Cooper. Jeff works with Miguel Aleman, our potential partner in Mexico as it relates to the PEMEX upstream privatization opportunities at hand. Jeff will guide us through the process of gaining access to the dataroom provided by PEMEX. The cost for access which will be due directly to PEMEX is between US$300-400K dependent on data set. Let's set up a call over the weekend to discuss. We will also have to be mindful that much of the information in the dataroom will written Spanish language and may require rapid translation. Please let me know you availability so we may begin the process. Thanks.
