Dear Hunter, I hope the new year is off to a good start for you. Major global developments underscore the leadership challenges before us. The World Economic Forum annual meeting in Davos, the beginning of quantitative easing in the Eurozone, heightened terrorism, and even last week's annual Super Bowl in the United States all raised international headlines and set the social media sphere abuzz with activity. This month in my column for Forbes.com (http://www.forbes.com/sites/paullaudicina/) I chose to highlight two of these events with a preview of the Forum and review of the Super Bowl. In my first column, "Go Tell It On The Mountain: Davos Leadership Rx (http://www.forbes.com/sites/paullaudicina/2015/01/21/go-tell-it-on-the-mountain-davos-leadership-rx/)," I discussed what type of leadership the world would like to see Davos leaders bring down from the mountain. Later in the month, I discussed universal leadership lessons gleaned from watching professional team sports in my column "How To Win Your Own Super Bowl: 4 Lessons From XLIX (http://www.forbes.com/sites/paullaudicina/2015/02/03/how-to-win-your-own-super-bowl-4-lessons-from-xlix/)." 2015 is already shaping up to be a challenging new year, and I look forward to reflecting with you on all of its complexity, volatility and promise.
