Hi Jimmy,


Suggested by Devon, Jonathan discussed with the team and decided to change
the way of organizing the meetings. There will be no bi-weekly meeting as
its original format in the future. Instead, Jonathan will communicate with
board members and/or persons who were or were not involved in bi-weekly
meetings on key issues and developments on a bi-weekly or as necessary
basis, while the team will hold weekly meetings in Beijing. We will prepare
and circulate a formal notice on this change shortly.

I was curious about how you all made out in the car parts deal? And if
there was any news we should hear about prior to us all meeting in Beijing

the report on 2014 work and the proposal on 2015 work plan, and deliberate
the 2014 bonus, etc. Currently, we are looking to set a date for the Board
Meeting in the first week of February 2015 (2nd Feb – 6th Feb). At this
stage, we would like to find out when everyone is available to attend this
Board Meeting. Please provide us with your availabilities. We will arrange
