Mr. Gottlieb: Ms. Anca Jurman is the International Affairs Liaison for DNA. Her email is: ajurma@pna.ro<mailto:ajurma@pna.ro>

I've sent her a note and advised her you will reach out. Is there a specific file or case name I can use for her reference?

Dean:

Given your recent expertise in this arena, would you be able to point Mike in the right direction?

Happy to fill you in.

Thanks,

Hans

Hans,

Hope all is well in Bucharest. Thanks again for taking the time to see me on my last visit.

Our situation has not improved, so I think we need to try to reach out for a meeting with the DNA folks. We looked at their website to try to find procedures for requesting a meeting but could not find any. Is there someone on your team with whom I might speak to try to sort out the right protocol for moving forward? We are most appreciative for any help you're able to provide.

All best,

Mike
